Thrushstone Park in Lancashire, home to the Battersly family as well as the staff that serve them, is not untouched by these changes.

The Tudor-Jacobean mansion has been the seat of the Marquess of Ribble since being purchased in 1834. The house is situated near the River Ribble and the village of Marnemouth on Ribble.
